Baby Steps

About

Baby Steps is a goat's milk toddler and junior drink for children. They sell both online and in major supermarkets across New Zealand. Bright Black has been working with Baby Steps since March 2020. In this time we have implemented both Hubspot and Facebook advertising to streamline their customer experience and increase online sales. Over this time we have stayed at the forefront of Digital Marketing in this highly regulated space.

In our first 6 months of engagement we saw

In 2021 the Baby Steps brand underwent a packaging rebrand and we were engaged to produce a new website that reflects their new packaging and communicates their brand values through a streamlined customer-centric website. We achieved this by moving their eCommerce store from woo commerce to Shopify. Integrating Yotpo a Loyalty and Rewards App and the Recharge app which offers subscriptions for Baby Steps customers.

Since the re-launch, we have seen 82% of Baby Steps customers return to the site monthly to purchase their products.
